Amazing room
I stayed 5 weeks in this hotel for a reason. The value for this accommodation is high, cause the room is ultra big, beautiful and clean, it’s the best hotel I have found in Tulum for that price. The pool on the rooftop is nice, you can enjoy your time there. The location is also good, shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. Will definitely come back :) thank you for everything, Una Luna ️
Sometimes there is no water or electricity, but it gets fixed within hours, so it’s not a big issue

Clean, modern, relaxing stay in a decent location
Room matched the photos exactly. Super clean, modern feel in the hotel and the room. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and tidy space upon arrival. Included basic kitchen equipment and mini fridge. Strong, consistent wifi. I appreciated the QR code on the wall providing a link to a website with more information about the hotel and amenities (especially since we rarely saw staff onsite). Despite not seeing staff in person, they reached out to us by WhatsApp and email to provide more check-in information and confirm that we checked in alright. They were available for further questions if they came up. Roof top pool and area was lovely, clean, comfortable, and modern. Location was about a 6 minute walk from the ADO bus station, and 2 minute walk from the main road. Super easy to get around and close to multiple small shops and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.
Honestly there wasn't much that we didn't like. Two small notes: (1) a chef knife would be helpful for kitchen supplies; (2) the TV kept disconnecting from wifi.
